Afterwards she attended Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine where she obtained her DVM. She then practiced mixed animal medicine in rural Illinois and Indiana. During her time at ISU and in mixed practice she found a fondness for canine reproduction.
She joined Schultz in August of 2022. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, dentistry, dermatology, and reproduction. She is currently pursuing advanced education in working dog medicine.
While away from the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family, training and competing in canine agility, and working on the family cattle farm.
